Description
ZS now invites Expressions of Interest (El) from qualified, experienced and eligible service providers for the maintenance service and repair of Uninterrupted Power Supply Units (UPS) of up to 55 KVA
A detailed scope of work and a site visit invitation will only be extended to service providers that will have been pre-qualified (shortlisted) through this EOI

Objectives
The purpose of this EOI is to invite and identify eligible, reputable and experienced service providers to submit Expressions of Interest to ZS to maintain the condition and availability of service of the UPS units by performing "Annual Maintenance on each unit
ZS will review and adjudicate evaluate the EOI submissions based on the qualification criteria below, and the pre-qualified (shortlisted) service providers will then be invited to tender

Basic Scope of Works
The scope of work is for the service and maintenance of UPS's. The "Annual Maintenance consists of two "System PMs and quarterly (4) Battery PMs. The goal of this work is to assure continuity of service by servicing, repairing and providing support for the equipment and also identify any possible problems.

Qualification Criteria and Requested Information
Interested parties must provide a Company Profile detailing the following
• Company key contact person name, mobile number and email address (for purposes of receiving subsequent electronic tender enquiry):
• Company experience in the provision of similar services - Maintenance and service of Uninterruptable power supply units (UPS's)
• Certificate of Incorporation, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid Workers Compensation Compliance Certificate, Valid NAPSA Compliance Certificate, Valid EIZ Practicing Certificate for the Company, Valid NCC Certificate-Grade 6 or Better Category E
• Details of relevant works undertaken by the firm in the last three years (including pictures
• Key staffing levels, skills, qualifications and summary of relevant experience
• Documented proof of existing previous Clients and confirmation that we can contact the previous clients
• List of references if any.

General
Kindly Note that the EOI will be adjudicated (evaluated on the basis of all the above criteria 6.2 This EOI and or any subsequent Tender Enquiry resulting from this EOI shall be subject to Zambia Sugar's Standard Trading Conditions.

Submission
All submissions shall be made electronically, and must be clearly marked 'EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (Eol) UPS MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE OF UPS AT ZAMBIA SUGAR", addressed to the Procurement & Inventory Manager and emailed to NMumba@zamsugar.zm
All Submissions must be received electronically by no later than 16:00hrs local time on Wednesday 9th February, 2022 Late submissions shall not be accepted.
