JOB DETAILS:
• Assist the managers to handle the overall work of the department, including but not limited to the business, information, financial, employee relations, administrative related affairs.
• Supervise the completion of daily transportation business, Supervise the completion of inland and outland transfer demands, Report the exception in time
• Supervise the information processinG, nsure that officers make correct and complete report on time
• Supervise the payment process1. OA）Ensure that officers start the application on time (PETTY CASH making, Freight book recording,
• Handle the administrative and HR affairs，Handling dept. administrative affairs(attendance,overtime, etc)
• Regulate and coordinate local members and inter-departmental relationships，1. Pay close attention to the relationship between the internal staffs and the staff of other departments, and actively coordinate and deal with problems
• Assist in collecting local transportation resource information and use local resources flexibly
• General exception handling

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Transport Logistics, Project and operations Management or purchasing and supply suppy chain management. Logistics is prefered
5 years experience in transport chain management with proven experience in Big transportations firms (
Experience in management positions
-experience in logistics management of multinational corporation headquarters/ regional headquarters proficient in, Logistics management, Warehousing management, Customs, Quality Control

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
