GPCL Consulting Services Limited (GPCL), is a consultancy firm promoted in 1996 by Export-Import Bank of India (India Exim Bank) in joint venture with public sector organizations viz., MECON Ltd., RITES Ltd., and WAPCOS Ltd., etc and private sector firms such as RPG Group, Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., Ion Exchange India Ltd. etc.

GPCL is actively engaged in providing project related services covering Procurement, Training/Capacity Building and Technical domains having carried out assignments in over 40 countries worldwide in diverse sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Health, Water Supply & Sanitation, Transportation, etc.

GPCL’s clientele has been as diverse, both in structure and geography, as the services rendered and includes multilateral/ bilateral development agencies such as the World Bank Group, UK DfID, borrower governments in externally funded projects across all developing continents, and other public and private sector organizations. GPCL is registered with International Institutions such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, UN, etc.
