Biometrics Officer X 2
Description
• In-gate Biometrics duties generally include Data Capture and Verification (ATC and Fuel allocation to Dangote drivers and closure of Trips. Additional reports include* Toll Fee allowance).
• Out gate Biometrics. Include Data Entry and verification Dispatch of Dangote trucks and Fuel posting in SAP.
• Maintain Team Coordination Internally E.g. Fleet and Transport Administration as well as externally between Sales and Logistics to ensure effective and efficient work Flows
• Send Timely and consistent reports as Biometric Team provides a support system for Transport Unit and Company,
• Consistent Audit of Reports and prompt Response to Audit Query
• Responsible for the ATC distribution, analysis and Verification
Requirements
Full Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma In Logistics
