JOB DETAILS:
• SANLAM Life insurance is seeking the services of Branch Managers. Reporting to the Head of Individual Life, the Branch Manager will be responsible for managing Branch productivity in line with company set targets.

Job profile:
1. Branch Administration
2. Oversee Financial Advisors
3. Recruiting, training, and motivating Financial Advisors
4. Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
5. Monitoring the team performances and motivating them to reach targets.
6. Compiling and analysing sales figures.
7. Dealing with some major sales accounts.
8. Collecting customer feedback and Market research.
9. Gather market intelligence and advise Head of Individual Life accordingly.
10. Advise on market information such as changing customer needs, queries, etc
11. Candidate will report to the Head of Individual Life.

Required Candidate should have the following:
1. Business Related Degree or equivalent.
2. Proven experience (at least two years) in a related field-banking/insurance marketing.
3. Good record of achieving sales targets.
4. Managerial& Strong Selling skills
5. 25yrs and above.
6. Experience and track record in Sales and Sales Management are considered more than formal academic qualification.
7. Qualification in Life Assurance Sales and Sales Management a major advantage
8. Must have been a resident in a particular area for the last 12 months and must have had a working knowledge of the area for at least 12 months within the last 5 years.
9. Be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision.
10. Be results-orientated with entrepreneurial drive to achieve set goals.
11. Be able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate with people of diverse backgrounds
and have a service-oriented disposition.
12. Mature and good communication skill (both orally and written)
13. Should be aggressive, effective communicator, team player, sociable, versatile,
resourceful, hardworking and self-initiative.
14. Good presentation & interpersonal skills.
15. Passionate, energetic and confident.
