JOB DETAILS:
Description: this is a professional position in the business development department which is based at the Mooto Holdings Ltd main office in Mwembeshi area along mumbwa road and 40km from Lusaka urban. The role includes providing business development support services to clients which includes business planning, proposal writing, business profiling, financial management & reporting, fundraising and business mentorship. It’s a full time permanent MH4 position reporting to the Business Development Manager under the leadership of the Chief Commercial Officer.

Job Description
1. Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors
2. Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies for new investments
3. Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new investment and financing opportunities
4. Working with clients to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
5. Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
6. Tracking expenses and maintaining the clients budgets
7. Managing the finance function for clients starting with accounting, financial management and reporting.
8. Ensuring that the clients meet revenue and profitability targets
9. Providing training and mentoring to clients on finance and business development
10. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any business field
2. Fluent in spoken and written English
3. No experience is required – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
4. Computer literate
