Attributes:
Good health condition, ability to lift and carry heavy items properly, demonstrated interest in food preparation and kitchen operations, time management skills, Basic food preparation skills, Basic cleaning and maintenance skills, must know how to use the cooking range, ovens and other modern kitchen equipment.

Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate, minimum of a certificate in food and nutrition from a recognized institution, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered, minimum of one (1) year of experience, should be located near Sabina or the police check point along Kitwe and Chingola road.
