JOB DETAILS:
Legal Aid Board (LAB) is a statutory body established under the Legal Aid Act chapter 34 of the Laws of Zambia. The Board is mandated to provide legal aid services to persons with inadequate means.

(02) Serenje and Mazabuka

Job Purpose: To clean offices and surroundings, photocopying, collect and to attend to files in offices to facilitate the smooth operations of the Board.

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
i.Cleaning of offices: Sweeps and cleans daily all offices allocated, to ensure their cleanliness so as to provide a conducive working environment;
ii.Movement of files: Moves files daily from registry and offices in order to facilitate effective and efficient circulation of files for timely attention by the action officers;
iii. Reprography: Photocopies, duplicates, binds and shreds confidential documents timely in order to facilitate the smooth operations of the Board.

Qualifications
• Grade 12 school certificate and
• Any tertiary qualification will be an added advantage

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
