Our successful Porter …
• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, and services.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area.
• Assist in valet parking services if required.

Qualifications and Experience
• Full Grade twelve (12) certificate
• Recognized & relevant Hotel profession qualification
• Minimum of two (02) years of Front Office operational experience in a similar establishment
