QUALIFICATIONS:
• Postgraduate degree in business management or any equivalent degree form a renowned institute.
• Having working experience of 5+ years minimum and at least 3 years in petroleum industries at higher managerial level.
• Experience of handling more then 20 Retail outlets.
• Deep knowledge & Experience of fuel station automation like Auto Tank Gauging, Point of Sales etc.
• Mature professional with leadership quality. Experience of leading team of 100 plus people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.

JOB Role
• Grow market share by implementation of suitable strategies & operational efficiencies.
• Managing Retail outlets and grow the Brand presence in the Country. Managing & Acquiring customers and catering the needs of the customer by providing them effective fuel management solutions. Provide technical supports to ground staff on Automation and other operational efficiencies.
• Perform site visit in the region finding new markets & opportunities for the growth of Brand.
