Job Brief
We’re looking for a Sales Officer who can help us expand our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to work independently. If you have the drive and determination to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Job Description
• Design, create, and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships
• Meet revenue targets
• Assist sales manager with developing sales plans and action plans; develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts
• Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems
• Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers
• Perform competitive analysis, market research, and product assessment
• Conduct presentations, attend trade shows and events to promote products
• Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
• Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage and maintain sales inventory
• Analyse and report on sales performance and sales trends
• Knowledge of Zambian Market

Requirements And Skills
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma/ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably Marketing and sales
• 1+ years’ sales experience
• Strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
