JOB DETAILS:
Suppliers of General Stationery, Office Equipment & Consumables

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Development of new clients’ relationship.
2. Identify new opportunities
3. Taking the lead in managing client relationship and ensure that management team are kept informed of marketing opportunities and business development.
4. Ensure that you are well equipped with marketing strategies.
5. Developing marketing strategies to maximize utilization of company equipment and capabilities.
6. Liaise with clients to ensure that all necessary information is obtained in order to fulfil and exceed their expectations.
7. Ensure that customer’s satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis.
8. Any other duty assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have a full grade 12 certificate.
2. Must have a certificate or diploma in Marketing or any relevant field.
3. Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience.
4. Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
5. Drivers’ license will be an added advantage.
