JOB DETAILS:
The Tanganyika Community Radio Station is a startup Community Radio Station operating in Nsumbu, Nsama District of Northern Province. The Board of Directors for Tanganyika Community Radio Station now invites applications from suitably qualified Zambians to fill the above vacanciy (all staff will be stationed in Nsumbu, Nsama District)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Responsible for overseeing the internal and external marketing campaigns of a Station. He/She will help create and distribute marketing strategies and campaigns for the Station to maximize profits through the development of sales strategies that match our customer requirements as well as promote services, products, and ideas.
• The Sales and Marketing officer, will thus, identify products and markets, suggest sales strategies and approaches, and measure the results of all the efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business studies, or a related field
• Some experience in marketing, communications, or a related field especially in relation to the radio broadcast industry is essential.
• Excellent command of English and a Good Working Knowledge of the local language
