JOB DETAILS:
Key Accountabilities
• According to the booking instruction from the management, make a judgment based on the tracking reports choose a suitable vessel schedule through the official website of the shipping company and initiate the bookings
• After receipt of booking confirmation booking confirmation, check carefully and cooperate with the client to confirm the BC, and cooperate with the warehouse to confirm the packing instructions. Notify the client when all is done；
• Initiate the payment request through the supply chain system and supervise the payment process. Upload POP to the shipping company in time once get it and apply for the release of OBL to the client；
• Follow up on orders and cargoes proactively, provide timely feedback on challenges encountered. Assist relevant departments in communicating with clients and shipping companies to negotiate and solve problems；
• Daily related admiration of documents and data integration.

Required skills and attributes
• Two years or more experience in shipping export. Familiar with shipping operation process and related business knowledge, especially in booking, packing, shipping and delivery of goods. Experience in shipping companies will be an added advantage
• Proficient in EXECL, WORD and other Microsoft office packages
• Strong customer communication awareness and service skills
• Responsible, careful, cautious, detail-oriented and proactive
