Helping optimizing supply chain and logistics operations. Key roles and responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Analysis: Consultants analyze the client’s existing supply chain and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. They assess the entire supply chain, from procurement to distribution.
• Sourcing Strategy Development: Consultants work with clients to develop a sourcing strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. This includes determining the most cost-effective and efficient ways to source and transport goods.
Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Consultants assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers and logistics providers. They may conduct supplier assessments, negotiate contracts, and ensure that vendors meet quality and performance standards.
