JOB DETAILS:
1. Starch Plant Production (Production Shift Engineer) X 02
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the Shift Target quality production, with targeted recovery, minimum down time, utility consumption, chemical consumption with all human and food safety norms and also should produce Shift production and recovery report.
2. Responsible to train the people
3. Co-coordinating with the Quality department and make the required changes as per the SOP to produce the quality product
4. To Fallow 5 S and carryout the top 5,top15 and TOP 60 work along with Mechanical team in shift
5. Should maintain the log book with all information of any deviation in process, break down, chemical consumption, stock and shift recovery

Minimum Requirements
1) BS. Chemical Engineering/ Diploma Chemical Engineering/ Experience of 3 to 4 years in Similar plant
2) Minimum 3to 4 years of experience in Food Industry
3) Through knowledge of process equipment and hands on experience of operating each equipment
4) Sound communication Skill and should be able to lead the team in the shift
5) Knowledge of Food Safety Norms
6) Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety

2. (Mechanical Shift Engineer,Utility Engineer,Etp/ Stp Incharge) X 02
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the any repair and maintenance of the shift
2. Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA
3. Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time
4. Planning the inventory and communicating to required department and ensuring the required material is received in time
5. Training the people
6. Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets
7. Responsible for the Reliability, RCA and OE loss analysis

Minimum Requirements
1) BS. Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Experience of 4 to 5. years in Similar plant
2) Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Food Industry in Mechanical Maintenance.
3) Through knowledge of maintenance and Hands on experience of repair of each equipment’s
4) Sound communication skill and should be able to lead the team
5) Should have Knowledge of Human safety and Equipment safety
6) Should have the Knowledge of the Production excellence

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation, recovery, efficiency calculation, maintenance in Shift
2. Coordinating with the user department.
3. Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA
4. Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time
5. Planning the inventory and communicating to required department and ensuring the required material is received in time
6. Training the people
7. Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets
8. Responsible for the Reliability, RCA and OE loss analysis

5. Operator Liquid Glucose (Op-Techs ) X 17
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the Equipment’s
2. Responsible to carryout the Repair and maintenance of the equipment
3. Regular cleaning of the equipment
4. Responsible to produce quality product for the equipment as per the SOP
5. Coordinating with the mechanical team for up-keeping of the equipment
6. Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets

1) Diploma/12th/food technology/ Any qualification
2) Minimum 3to 4 years of experience in Food Industry
3) Through knowledge of operating of the food industry equipment

6. Boiler/ Ro Operator (Water Treatment Operator ) X 03
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
