Job Description: The Medical Licentiate Lecturer will provide advanced instruction and mentorship in both Basic Sciences and Clinical Specialties. The role is vital for educating the next generation of medical professionals, focusing on the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures, clinical demonstrations, and tutorials in both Basic Sciences and Clinical Specialties.
• Develop and maintain course materials, ensuring they meet current medical standards and practices.
• Supervise clinical practice and provide mentorship to students in various medical settings.
• Engage in scholarly research in clinical and basic medical sciences.
• Participate in the design and evaluation of curriculum and academic programs.
• Guide and support students in research projects and dissertations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department through academic innovation.
• Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and administrative responsibilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions to enhance practical training for students.

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Basic Sciences.
Master’s Degree in Clinical Specialties.
• Strong foundation in medical education with practical clinical experience.
• Proven experience in teaching at the tertiary level.
