JOB DETAILS:
ZINPRO Zambia Company Limited is a wholly owned Zambian Engineering company based in Copper belt. The company specializes in plant and structural steel turnkey Projects. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified Zambian candidates to be employed as;
(1) Project Leader (3)
Job Description;
This position requires high levels of organization and attention to detail. The Project leader shall work hand in hand with the site manager where she is placed under a site on the needs to ensure that employees complete their work according to time and budget expectations.
Shall report to the Site Manager Operations Manager. Shall Supervise 50 to 80 employees. .

Job Qualifications:
• A full grade 12 certificate.
• A Bachelor's Degree or better in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience as a Project leader/Supervisor on any Engineering Project.
• Registered Member with Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) An additional qualification of a Diploma or better in Project Management/Business Admin is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be computer literate, conversant with Word, Excel and Power point. Applicants must have a clean criminal record.
• Must be medically fit. Applicants must have complete and certified documents. Applicants must be able to work at Heights.
• Applicants must be fit enough to work underground.

  Job Education Requirements:
• A Bachelor's Degree or better in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Job Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience as a Project leader/Supervisor on any Engineering Project.
