The Rwanda Interlink transport Company (RITCO) would like to recruit staff for the following vacant positions:
Job Position
1. Director of Corporate Services Department
Specific Requirements for the Post
Master degree in Economics, HR, Public administration & Management, Business Administration with 5 years working experience in a recognized institution.
Through knowledge and understanding of human resource function, procurement and administration.
Understanding of transport business is added advantage
Fluent in English
2. Director of Finance
A Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
Must possess professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, and CIMA.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience heading the finance Management function as the Director of Finance
Experience in strategy execution and formulation.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial management and IFRS, GAAP.
Understanding of transport business is added advantage
Fluent in English
3. Internal auditor
A Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or related field.
Must possess professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA and ACA.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial management not less than 5years.
Understanding of transport business is added advantage
Fluent in English

4. Director of Transport and Technical Department
Masters degree in transport economics, Master in public infrastructure management-specialising in transport planning, Logistics, Economics.
5 years of working experience in public transport company or a recognized institution at managerial position.
Knowledge and understanding of transport operations and mechanical aspects would be an added advantage
The position requires a flexible, analytical and creative candidate
Fluent in English
