JOB DETAILS:
Our client, in the retail Industry seeks to recruit Branch Managers. The ideal candidates must have at least three years’ experience in retail management. The positions will be based in Luwingu, Mpika, Sinda, Mazabuka and Kalomo.

Job Description
• Monitors labor costs to attain budgeted goals within branch policies and procedures
• Supervise day to day activities at the branch
• Recognize good team performance on a continuous basis through reward and recognition programme
• Maintaining relationships with customers, especially key customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Overseeing digital marketing activities (online and social media marketing) including creation of relevant and appropriate content
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s sales and marketing goals
• Manage branch operations
• Manage and oversee branch personnel
• Ensure excellent level of customer service
• Carry out stock management and credit control functions
• Facilitate for training and development of employees

Candidate Specification
Experience: 3 years plus
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Sales and Marketing or related
Software: MS Office
Knowledge Of: P.O.S machines
Skills To: Good verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills
Ability To: Monitor as well as supervise subordinates
