JOB DETAILS:
Job Details
• To welcome passengers as they board the bus
• Assisting passengers on board with relevant information such as seat allocation, direction to convenience room, destination etc.
• To manage bus manifest and ensure all passenger documentation is maintained in order
• Maintain work environment (Kept in clean and good condition).
• And any other duties that may be reasonably assigned

Qualification
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Front Office, Hospitality, Public Relations or any related field
• Two years’ experience in Customer Service

Added Advantage
• Be able to speak fluently in local languages
• Willing to travel to any destination
