JOB DETAILS:
Zambeef Products PLC is the largest integrated cold chain food products and Agribusiness Company in Zambia and one of the largest in the Southern Africa region. It is involved in the primary production, processing, distribution and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, eggs, dairy, fish, flour, stock feed and day-old chicks throughout Zambia and the surrounding region.

The Required Skills for this Role Include:
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards by all employees in the bakery
• Carrying out loading stock for deliveries and making sure all equipment are clean, in good working condition.
• Cleaning all tools and maintaining clean and hygienic baking conditions in the bakery
• Carrying out production as scheduled under the baker supervision
• Baking different bakery production per recipe and target requirements
• Controlling all bakery equipment during use to set standards
• Following daily chore chart from the Supervisor
• Attend all bakery seminars, training and workshops
• Constantly communicating with the bakery manager/Supervisor
• All other duties and activities performed an Assistant Baker

The Required Qualifications are:
• Grade 12 certificate
• Food production qualification.
• 3 years previous experience.
• Required computer literacy levels
• Detail-orientated with the technical aptitude and ability to perform tasks accurately and comprehensively

The Required Attributes Include:
• Mathematical,
• Presentation, and
• Communication skills.
Must be honest and dependable

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
