JOB DETAILS:
Duties
• To provide quality control of the data collected by the assessors during IDELA and MELE data collection exercise; manage assessors and ensure that all data collected adheres to minimum standards

Required Qualifications/Experience:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• First Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection, and data management.
• Experience working with children or conducting data collection with children.
• MUST display the ability to create rapport with children.
• Experience administering the IDELA and MELE is an added advantage.
• Strong command of siLozi for positions in Western province and ciNyanja/ciChewa languages for position in Eastern province.
• Must be amenable to instruction.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Only candidates ready to commit to the project from January 2022, to the end of February, 2022 should apply.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in using a computer or hand-held device (tablet)
• Ready to work in the field in some hard-to-reach locations
