JOB DETAILS:
• Zambia Airports Corporation Limited is a reputable aviation organisation with a mission to provide world class Airport and Air Navigation Services at the four major airports namely, Kenneth Kaunda in Lusaka, Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe in Ndola, Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula in Livingstone, and Mfuwe International Airport and Ten (10) Provincial and Strategic Airports. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Zambian nationals with a vision to excel in the following position:
• This role reports to the Credit Controller. The job holder will be responsible for Ensuring that payments from all credit sales generated at the station are collected within 30 days upon presentation of invoices to customers and also to ensure that invoices are delivered to various clients within three (3) days upon receipt of invoices from Income Generating Units.

Key Performance Areas
• Delivering of station invoices to clients.
• Collecting of debts from all debtors at the Station.
• Following up on all defaulting debtors.
• Production of timely reminders to defaulting debtors.
• Timely preparation of weekly reports to the Credit Controller.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies on debtors’ accounts.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to him or her from time to time.

Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least Five (5) Credits or better including English Language and Mathematics.
• Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Sun system would be an advantage.

Experience
• Two (02) years’ work experience in debt collection.

Competence
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
