JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Finance Manager who reports to the CEO
Responsibility: Preparation of company financial and Management accounts.

Duties:
• Completing financial reports on a regular basis.
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Preparing primary financial documents.
• Management of appropriate software programs
• Managing company ledgers
• Coordinating internal and external audits
• Verification of account balances
• Preparation of Budgets, management accounts including Budget variance
• Maintaining the asset register
• Reporting on debtors and creditors
• Handling accruals and prepayments
• Managing data processing and reviewing the computer reports
• Other duties assigned by the company management

Skills and Qualifications:
• Data Entry; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent Skills with Microsoft Office; Detail-Oriented; strong Organisation skills; Organised; Timely; Competent IT Skills; Strong Bookkeeping Skills; Knowledge of Business Math; Understanding of Budgetary Principles; Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills; Fast learner, work with minimal supervision
• Accounting Qualification preferably CIMA, ACCA, must be a registered Member of ZICA
