JOB DETAILS:
Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced individual to join their company as an Accountant. The primary role of the position is to maintain timely and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Performing reconciliations for General Ledger (Control) Accounts.
• Performing Bank Reconciliations on regular basis
• Reconciling individual AP accounts and sending of statements
• Reconciling individual AR accounts and sending of statements.
• Financial accounting and reporting.
• Ensuring that management receives timely and accurate information,
• Preparation of periodic Sales and cost Analysis reports
• Maintaining and Managing fixed asset register and inventory control
• Assist in human resources management including preparation of salary schedules, payroll input and maintenance of leave schedules
• Preparation and submission of all statutory obligations including PAYE, NAPSA and NHIMA before their respective due dates Coordination of financial audits.

Qualifications and Experience
• Part qualified ACCA, CIMA, ZICA and membership to ZICA
• At least 4 years in finance and accounting
• Proven experience as an accountant at supervisory level
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
