JOB DETAILS:
Accounts Assistant
UCZ Mwandi Mission Hospital seeks to recruit a suitable qualified individual on a contract base to fill in a vacant position of ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to be based at Mwandi Mission Hospital, Western Province.

Qualification
• Diploma in Accounting Technician
• Ability to work with Pastel Accounting
• Full Grade Twelve Certificate
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Age between 25 to 35 years Preferably a devoted Christian

General Duties And Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Primary books of Accounts
• Preparation of Payroll
• Reconcile all Cash Disbursement and Cash receipts
• Computation of all Statutory Contributions PAYE and NAPSA Preparation of budgets, financial reports, stock physical count and audits
• Filing of accounts documents
• Preparation of cash book
• Preparation of bank reconciliation
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Skills And Personal Attributes:
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills
