JOB DETAILS:
Our client Empressions Creative Works Limited is seeking an experienced individual to fill up the role of Accounts Manager. The individual will be responsible for Managing and developing client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationships with clients. Equally to answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. He/she will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.
• Collaborating with various team members to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
• Acting as the client’s representative in the firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements
• At Least 2 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
• Diploma/degree in business administration/marketing or any related field
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Effective Time Management
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
