JOB DETAILS:
Position Summary
The Intern will report to the Finance and Administration Manager and provide support to the Finance and Technical Team in all functions requiring accounting and administration.

Duties
• Paying the project participants using mobile money
• Following up acquittal sheets for retirements
• Ensure the office environment is conducive.
• Buying electricity units
• Banking of any residue cash
• Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed.
• Preparing and submitting requests for payment
• Assist with audit-related preparation as required
• Provide general accounting support.
• Work with vendors to order office supplies.
• Carry out duties such as filing, photocopying, binding, scanning etc.
• Front desk duties.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education
• Fresh graduate Degree/Diploma in Accounts or Business Administration

Skills & Minimum Required Experience
• Front Office work experience
• 3 to 6 months’ work experience performing similar duties
• Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
• Good communication skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 72

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
