JOB DETAILS:
Kaweya Academy is a private, co-education with 2 campuses located in Six Miles and Chamba Valley. The Six Miles campus has boarding school facilities, science and computer labs, a library, dinning hall and kitchen. We seek a dynamic Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support the day to day operations of our Six Miles campus. The Assistant will function as a main point of contact for parents, teachers, visitors, education regulators, suppliers and other third parties. .

Job Skills & Requirements
+ A relevant Certificate / Diploma from a recognized institution
+ At least 1 year receptionist or administrative support experience.
+ Ability to manage time and prioritize workload effectively
+ Understanding of appropriate response times to inquiries from families and staff, etc.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Word and Excel
+ Team player with a positive attitude.
