Job Description
• Assist the CEO in his daily administrative duties;
• Analyze and summarize the documents to be submitted to the CEO for approval;
• Adentify priority files to be submitted to the CEO
• Record, process and file the CEO confidential documents;
• Answer telephone calls for the CEO Office;
• Forward correspondences;
• Keep the CEO appointments diary;
• Submit regular activity reports;
perform any other task assigned by the CEO

Administrative Assistant Administrative Assistant A1 in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or A0 in Public Administration,Administrative Sciences,Management, Sociology,Social work, Law
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
• Computer Skills
• Office Management Skills;
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal Skills;
• Computer knowledge (Work Processing, Power Point and Internet)
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Time management skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French knowledge of all is an advantage
