JOB DETAILS:
Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin position at Treads Africa Tyres, located in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, organizing events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The candidate will report to the Manager of Administration.
Qualifications
• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, as well as office equipment such as printers and scanners
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G-Suite, and Virtual Meeting software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Ability to speak local languages is a plus
