JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Maintaining positive business relationship with customers to maximize sales.
2. Selling products and services using positive solid positive solid arguments to prospect customers.
3. Ensuring that customers satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis.
4. Expedite the resolutions o customers problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
5. Present promote and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
6. Supply management with reports on customers needs and problems for possible solution.
7. Ensuring that the company procedures and laid down rules are followed.
8. Ensuring that customers are properly welcomed
9. Ensuring that the working place is clean at all times.
10. Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on the 5th of every month
11. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have a grade 12 School certificate or equivalent
2. Must have any tertiary qualifications in any field.
3. Have good problem solving and decision-making skills.
4. Be computer literate.
