JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an artful Interior designer architect to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with our clients to managing and executing the design. The goal is to design practical living spaces, furniture layout and interior design that visually pleasing.

Responsibilities
• Undertake interior design project from concept to completion and define project requirements and schedule resources needed to fulfill the project’s planned and look and feel
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans and set costs and project fees according to budget alongside engineers and artisans
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing for interior design projects to meet the beauty specifications of the interior design layout as per client specifications
• Produce “sample” and “mood products” 3D sketch-ups, rotational elevations and 360 degree view of pictorial representation of planned projects
• Supervise works involving interior design projects, by overseeing colour schemes, layout and aesthetic feel and touch and general “moody” impressions
• Work closely with designers, decorators, engineers and artisans at all levels to make the conjured dream come true in reality from the same way it is appearing on computer generated imagery (CGI)
• Research and follow industry standards, evolutions and best practices in interior design, modern furniture solutions and beautiful living spaces for both residential homes and commercial working environments
• Create practical and attractive living spaces. You will need to assess room needs, plan decor and furniture based on size and use, draft designs, and estimate costs. You will also make sure to follow laws and rules with regard to building plans and inspections.
• Evaluate space usage, draft early designs using visual aids, and consult with engineers and artisans on how to optimize space with preferred materials. You will establish project schedules considering cost estimates, and oversee the flawless installation of design elements, from support materials to the actual real furniture needed in the space.
• Have more than just an eye for design. You will also have strong problem-solving and organizational skills and the ability to apply style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors that meet their client’s vision.
• Collaborate with clients to identify design goals for living spaces. You will work alongside carpenters, craftsmen and civil engineers, contributing color schemes and bespoke furniture selections to create an environment conducive to comfort, happiness and productivity.

Requirements And Skills
• BSc in Architecture
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour scheming, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
