The Golden Valley Agricultural Research Trust (GART) is a Public-Private Research Institution involved in Applied and Adaptive Research.
GART wishes to invite applications for the following vacant position:

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• A minimum qualification of a Degree in Agricultural Sciences or equivalent from a reputable institution.
• 5 years’ experience in commercial production of high-value crops (especially soybeans, wheat potatoes), seed production, Aquaculture, dairy and small holder livestock.
• Ability to work closely with the farm manager and other senior managers to develop long-term strategies and plans.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS office programs.
• Ability to develop and manage a team.
• Ability to engage, work closely and build strong rapport with stakeholders in the agribusiness sector.
• Must have a valid driving licence.
• Must be a registered member of the Agriculture Institute Zambia (AIZ)

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
