JOB DETAILS:
Assistant Lodge Manager
Qualifications:
• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma/ degree in hospitality management/business administration
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years in the hospitality industry in a hotel or lodge.
Required competencies/Personal qualities
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong Marketing and administration skills;
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office.
• Ability to prepare Presentations
• In depth understanding of government hospitality policies and programmes;
• Excellent Communication and analytical skills;
• Basic knowledge on accounting and finance
• Must be computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
Work Hours: 8
