JOB DETAILS:
Assistant Manager – Cash & Liquidity Management
Reporting to: Country Manager, Cash and Liquidity Management
Business Unit: Corporate & Investment Banking
Location: Lusaka .

Job Purpose:
• Responsible for assisting Cash & Liquidity Management (CLM) Country Manager and management of relevant business requirements. Responsibilities
• Develop CLM & Transactional Banking products and solutions as per business development strategy
• Drive CLM & Transactional Banking Projects with a focus on growing customer transactions, revenue and wallet share .
• Devise and execute Cash Management & Transactional Banking Projects as per customer and business requirements
• Drive liability and cash management activities and solutions in relevant portfolios and market niches
• Increase business & customer transactional banking wallet share as per Bank strategy
• Scope the market for business opportunities and work as the lead in coordinating materialization.
• Proactively track, analyse and monitor performance of CLM and business portfolios as per bank strategy
• Co-ordinate CLM & Transactional activities with Bank Relationship Managers and Internal / External Stakeholders

Candidate Requirements
• Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits including English and Mathematics
• Relevant Business Degree,
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role,
• knowledge of Cash & Liquidity Management, Transactional Banking, Corporate Banking,
• Knowledge of Digital Products and Financial Technical solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
• Strong communication, oratory and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Industry awareness
