JOB DETAILS:
We are a leading insurance brokerage firm which sells insurance products for leading Insurance companies in Zambia. The Company is now looking for young, energetic and ambitious persons to fill the position of Associate Broker.
Location of the Positions: Lusaka Office
Purpose of the Job: To oversee, manage and grow his or her respective client portfolio. .

Key Roles and Responsibilities
i. To scan the insurance market, reach out to existing and prospective clients and sell the insurance products available.
ii. To visit already existing clients to facilitate renewal of their policies.
iii. To build and maintain business relationships with clients.
iv. To discuss and assess clients’ current and future insurance needs.

Qualification:
i. Must possess a full grade twelve certificate with a minimum of five (5) credits.
ii. At least (3) years work experience.
iii. A degree or an advanced diploma in insurance

Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate the following personal attributes and skills:
i. Strong customer service skills
ii. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
iii. Reliability and honesty
iv. Excellent time management
v. Strong performance and results’ consciousness
