Requirements:
• Ideally 3-6 years of relevant work experience preferably in consulting, and /or in a blue chip corporate environment with a clear record of achievement and progression
• Deep functional expertise in Operations strategy which may include; Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Distribution and Warehousing, Logistics, Operational Improvement and Demand Planning/ Forecasting.
• Exceptional analytical skills and intellectual curiosity and ability to demonstrate strong problem skills involving large amounts of data.
• Strong academic background, ideally including an advanced business degree (e.g. M.Sc., MBA, PHD ) ideally in a related discipline.
• An ability to build effective relationships, manage people, drive change, and accomplish challenging goals.
• Fluency in English (oral and written), additional European language preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work on international projects.
