Associate Researcher
Overview
Impact Managers, a research, capacity building and intervention development consultancy firm, is looking to hire an Associate Researcher for one year, with possible renewal of the contract

Qualifications
• Masters Degree in Demography, Psychology, Economics, public health or any other programme with strong quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Has written research reports or manuscripts before (samples will be required). The required reported do not include dissertation/thesis
• Has excellent writing skills
• Strong in at least one quantitative and qualitative data analysis software
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to use Computer Assisted Personal Interviews software such as KOBO, CSPro etc.

Responsibilities
• Plan, supervise and manage data collection
• Clean, manage and analyse data
• Write research reports (full and abridged versions)
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and present study findings
• The job requires travelling a lot
