JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities And Duties.
As an Audit & Supervision Supervisor, you will work under the guidance of the Audit and Supervision Department Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Audit Planning: Collaborate with the Audit and Supervision Department Manager to develop comprehensive audit plans that ensure the timely completion of audit assignments.
• Project Implementation: Prepare project implementation plans to ensure the systematic and standardized execution of audit procedures. Enhance audit quality and submit plans for review and approval by superiors.
• Fraud Detection: Establish effective information channels for gathering fraud-related leads and engage in anti-fraud activities based on received reports.
• Reporting and Recommendations: Compile audit reports based on findings, propose audit recommendations, enhance the company’s internal control processes, and oversee the monitoring and implementation of corrective actions.

Skills And Qualifications.
• Must have a full G12 certificate
• Degree in Finance/ACCA/CIMA/ZICA or related
• 3 years of work experience in a supervisory role
• Willing to work to Travel on business assignments
• Computer literacy is a must.

Required skills include the following:
• Analytical Skills: Exhibit critical thinking abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and competence in office software applications.
• Legal Resources: Preferred experience or access to public security law system resources
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Legal Expertise: Familiarity with criminal law or criminal procedure law is a plus.
