JOB DETAILS:
Overview.
• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Baby Diaper Production Machine Operator to join our Sunda manufacturing team.
• As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Sanitary production machinery. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment will be essential in maintaining the high-quality standards of our sanitary products.

Responsibilities:
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Lead, organize and supervise your team in the operation and monitoring of production machinery to maintain smooth and efficient production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues, including team member issues when required, to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine equipment setups, adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to maintain product quality standards.
• Collaborate with your team to perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs on maintenance days.
• Participate in training and stay up-to-date with machinery and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Diploma equivalent or higher.
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in diaper production or similar industries.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts with additional 2 hours of overtime as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
• Ability to lead, work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work efficiently and communicate clearly with the Quality Control department.
• Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as required.
• Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
