JOB DETAILS:
Our Client is a new Bakery with Retail and Wholesale Customers. They are looking for a Bakery Manager to assist in not only the Wholesale production but oversee the Retail stores and Customer ACCOUNTS too
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activity of staff in bakeries and perform tasks such as budgeting, ordering supplies, recruiting and training employees, implementing safety measures, and promoting the bakery to potential clients.
• Balance daily sales using the goods dispatch and returns notes
• Take stock inventory of the crates and baskets.
• Receive cash from various sales outlets and field salesmen.
• Manage Trade Receivables
• Reconcile daily cash flow with production
