Job Qualifications:
• Bassist and drummer should have active listening skills in order to produce required sound.
• He/She should be of 18-25 years of age.
• Both should at least be knowledgeable about various Genres.
• Must be creative with their instruments (i.e variety of playing styles,tricks e.t.c to captivate the listener.)
• Should be very familiar and must have bonded with their instrument to prevent memorised or routine playing.
• Both should be optimistic and enthusiastic about their work.
• Must be hardworking
• Must be ready to fully commit themselves to the development of the band.
• Both should be team players.
• Capable of working under extreme pressure.
• Experience would be an added advantage.
