Brand Manager
Overview
Lexdan Select is assisting a company in the Food & Beverages sector with their search for a Brand Manager, based in Zambia.
Requirements:
• Matric with relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product development side of the FMCG, Retail or the Restaurant industry
• Experience presenting & selling own concepts
• Understanding of the franchising market would be advantageous
• Own transport & drivers license
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage marketing team by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects
• To effectively manage the marketing function driving sales growth
• To implement marketing strategies and plans
• To grow Online Ordering and mobile app platforms as well as the Home Delivery presence in the market
• Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars.
• Management of all advertising agency & marketing vendors
