JOB DETAILS:
• Reporting to the Manager – Digital Marketing/Branding, the Branding Assistant will assist create and maintain a strong brand image for Zambia as a premier travel destination and support the marketing and branding activities of Zambia Tourism Agency.

Principle Accountabilities:
• Assist in creating high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to promote Zambia’s tourism offerings.
• Assist manage and update the Agency’s social media accounts with engaging and relevant content to build brand awareness and engage with the online community.
• Collaborate with the design team or external agencies to create visually appealing graphics. info graphics, and other design assets for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
• Assist in gathering market intelligence and conducting research on industry trends to inform branding strategies.
• Provide support in organizing and promoting events and trade shows related to tourism and travel.
• Prepare reports on branding and marketing activities, including social media metrics and engagement data.

Qualifications and Personal attributes:
• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Able to write technical and analytical reports.
• Computer literate.
• Interpersonal skills.
