JOB DETAILS:
One of the leading Insurance Brokers in Zambia seeks to recruit qualified and self-motivated individuals to fill up the following position

MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
• Claims handling eg. both Non-life and Life Assurance Claims
• Underwriting eg. both non-life and life policies
• Interviewing claimants and attending to various Insurance complaints
• Credit control
• Carrying out pre-risk appraisals/Risk Management
• Negotiating for best rates, terms and conditions on behalf of the client
• Accounts reconciliation/sending updated statements to clients
• Marketing various Insurance policies to both existing and potential clients
• Preparation of renewal reminders/pre-renewal reports and quotations
• Invoicing/Debiting various Insurance policies/Clients
• Training

JOB QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Insurance Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar role
• Or Diploma in Insurance with 6 years work experience at senior level

SKILLS COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a must
• Ability to exoced set targets
• Sound business acumen, resourceful and good analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead, manage and develop staff
• Proper time management
• Valid driver's license

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
