JOB DETAILS:
• Are you a recent graduate with a strong passion for technology and business processes? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Systems Consultant to join M&J Consultants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading software solutions, such as Sage Pastel, QuickBooks, Odoo, ZohoBooks, and more. As a Junior Systems Consultant at M&J Consultants, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to excel in implementing and optimizing these systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Training and Implementation Support: Under the guidance of senior consultants, you will assist in the successful implementation of accounting and ERP systems for our clients. You will actively participate in configuring the software to meet client requirements and provide support during the transition process.
2. Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and participate in client meetings. You will have the opportunity to learn how to build strong relationships and offer valuable insights to clients.
3. Learning and Development: Proactively learn about various accounting and ERP systems, gaining expertise in the functionalities and best practices for system implementations. Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest trends in the field.
4. Troubleshooting and Support: Assist in addressing technical issues and challenges faced by clients during the implementation process. Learn how to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors to find timely solutions.

Requirements:
– Qualification in Information Systems, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
– Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of technology-driven business solutions.
– Basic knowledge of accounting principles and business processes is advantageous.
– Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
– Analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
