Business Development Analyst
Overview
JSM Quality Academy Limited is a Zambian consulting firm whose mission is to support businesses to achieve operational excellence through bespoke research, training and development in quality systems, business continuity and process improvement in the fields of food processing, agriculture, energy, engineering, finance, logistics and environmental sustainability.
JSM Quality Academy Limited now seeks to recruit a meticulous individual to fill up the position of Business Development Analyst on a part-time basis. The purpose of the job is to conduct in-depth business research, analysis and data collection in order to propose business solutions to our clients and growth of the Company.

Main Responsibilities
• Using the project status report, collects necessary information for the proposal development process and collect data on current trends in order to assist the Director make evidence-based decisions. (b) Understand clients needs and expectations by offering business solutions and support
• Participate in the development of business management systems for operational control and reliability (d) Organise and schedule business meetings with clients and prepare meeting reports
•  Participate in technical and business diagnostics of cients’ business cases and prepare reports

Job Skills & Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration | Agribusiness Management | Marketing | Production Management
• Ability to manage complex multisectorial problems and work under strict timelines to meet project deliverables.
• Proficient in business systems analysis, research and development.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 50001, ISO 22301, HACCP, GMP & Lean Six Sigma.
• Excellent organisational, project management and communication skills.
• Self-starter and ability to work under minimal supervision and a high-performance individual
• Experience in technical consulting and enterprise development would be an added advantage
