Position Overview:
• Lyco Business Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to focus exclusively on promoting our business advisory services. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the business advisory segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the business advisory segment through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and onboard new clients seeking business advisory services.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and solutions to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their strategic goals.
3. Solution Development and Presentation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized business advisory solutions tailored to meet clients’ specific requirements and objectives. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of Lyco Business Solutions’ advisory services.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the business advisory segment. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies, target key market segments, and differentiate Lyco Business Solutions from competitors.
5. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, tracking progress, and prioritizing opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic alignment. Utilize CRM systems or other tools to document sales activities, forecast revenue, and measure performance against targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the professional services industry, with a focus on business advisory services.
• Strong understanding of business advisory concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
